Ross Sheckler, CTO

Mr. Sheckler has been in the ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems) industry for over 10 years. Mr. Sheckler chairs or sits on multiple boards and trade associations focused on improving ITS and Work Zone Safety. As a regular speaker at symposiums related to automated vehicles and work zone data sharing Mr. Sheckler advises both national and regional agencies on policy and specifications.

Garvin forrester, COO

Mr. Forrester is a co-founder of iCone Products from its infancy when it was transferring aerospace technology into the truck industry.  As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Forrester has focused his tenure at iCone on business development and financial strategies.  Mr. Forrester also provides operational oversight for iCone’s manufacturing and vendor relationships. 

Mr. Forrester’s background is Aerospace Engineering and was involved in the fuel efficiency re-design effort for leading truck manufacturers in the U.S. This effort led to involvement in a NASA/DoE study on the aerodynamic effects of a tractor-trailer combination at highway speeds. He has worked on contracts for Boeing in which he developed methodology for the application of Boeing's AGPS design package to special problems in near-sonic flight.

John Brod, CEO

John Brod is an executive leader with 30 years’ experience and an established track record of results in growth and turnaround situations across multiple industries, including technology, real estate development, storage, engineering, and construction.

He is a process-oriented executive with strong financial and operational acumen, who consistently develops strong teams and instills a culture of ownership-thinking to execute on a common vision and objectives.

As Chief Executive Officer of iCone, John is responsible for leading the organization including business development, operations oversight and strategic partnerships.

George Smith, CSO

Mr. Smith brings thirty years of sales, marketing and business development in the data collection markets for logistics, transportation and retail industries.  During the three years as Chief Strategy Officer at iCone, Mr. Smith has been focusing on sales and investor activities for iCone. 

Mr. Smith’s background is sales, marketing, and legal having been a general counsel for a Honeywell business unit for twenty years managing the function which included intellectual property as well as responsible for OEM sales.  Mr. Smith led the intellectual property strategy that disrupted the Automatic Identification Data Collection industry.  Mr. Smith teamed with sales and marketing to win a $150MM order from UPS for mobile computing.

Victor Pedraza, Computer Engineer

Victor Pedraza is a Computer Engineer at iCone Products LLC.  Victor has over 30 years of IT experience in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing and distribution industry, has been working at iCone since 2012 and is responsible for the computer infrastructure of the company.  Victor also participates in product design, manufacturing and technical support by providing feedback on product design, assembling product and helping customers with training or troubleshooting their devices.  On his free time Victor enjoys mountain biking and just being outside.
